Tardiness and absenteeism are unacceptable. If you are frequently late or absent from your assignment, TriStarr Staffing will not be able to offer you additional work, and the occurrences may jeopardize your current assignment.
Absence of more than two days in an eight-week period is considered unacceptable absenteeism and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. A medical excuse may be required.

If you are expected to report to work and you do not, and you have not notified TriStarr in advance, you no longer work for us. There will be no warnings or second chances.
When you accept an assignment with TriStarr Staffing, you accept the assignment for its entire duration. You also agree to give a minimum of 24 hours written notice of your intention to leave any assignment shorter than one week, and a minimum of five days written notice of your intention to leave any assignment longer than one week.
We will never knowingly ask any of our employees to take an assignment that will endanger their safety or well being. If you are asked to perform a task that you feel is unsafe in any way, please contact our office for instructions. We have told our clients that our employees are not allowed to climb ladders, work above floor level, operate machinery or automobiles, or lift more than 25 lbs. without prior approval.
In case of a work-related injury, notify your immediate supervisor so that appropriate emergency medical treatment is administered. Then, contact TriStarr so we can arrange for you to be treated at one of our approved medical providers with a minimal waiting time and at no cost.
You must treat with one of our approved medical providers for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the first visit. If you are treated with a provider not on this list during that time period, TriStarr will not be responsible for the expense incurred.
Your timesheet is the only record of the actual hours that you worked. It is very important that it is filled out completely and correctly, and that we receive it by Monday at 2:00 pm following the week you work.
Either bring your timecard by in person (slip it in the mail box if it's after hours), fax it to us (you must still mail the original), or mail it to us.
Timesheets must be turned in within 2 weeks of the dates worked or they will remain unpaid.
If we receive a complete and accurate timesheet from you by Monday at 2:00 pm, we will process and distribute your pay that week. Please check with the TriStarr staff for details on receiving your pay.
As a rule, all employees are hired for an indefinite period of time and either the employee or TriStarr is free to terminate the employment relationship at will, at any time, for any lawful reason.
TriStarr Staffing has a policy on conduct considered as harassment according to Section 703 of Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. A complaint alleging harassment of any kind should be reported immediately so that our investigation can be handled promptly and effectively. A copy of our entire policy is available upon request.
