Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a track record of supporting busy teams? Our client, a nationally recognized professional services firm in the legal field, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their business staff in Lancaster, PA. This role is fully in-office and offers the opportunity to work alongside respected experts in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
As part of the administrative team, you will play a key role in supporting casework and business operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing conflict checks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proofreading, editing, and formatting critical documents, including legal data.
  • Organizing and filing case materials with precision.
  • Managing and prioritizing tasks through a ticketing/case management system.
  • Handling incoming calls and providing professional client support.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings a strong administrative background, thrives under deadlines, and demonstrates impeccable attention to detail. Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of administrative experience (law office or professional services experience strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ticketing/case management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Excellent organizational, file management, and data entry skills.
  • Strong proofreading and document drafting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong research skills and resourcefulness.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.

Job Details:

  • Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm
  • Pay Rate: $25–$26/hr, based on experience; full benefits package offered upon permanent hire
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm (onsite only; remote/hybrid not available)
  • Dress Code: Business casual
