The Problem

One community-service organization came to us with a problem: they needed a new executive director and had a wonderful, engaged search committee, but no one on the committee had human resources expertise, and they did not have the budget to contract with a recruiter.

We stepped in, providing consultation services to help the committee with critical functions in the process like development of a job description, identification of the core competencies that would make a successful candidate, and writing screening and interview questions.
