Our client, a leading administrator of employee benefit plans, experiences a large volume of enrollment requests each year during the open enrollment period for their largest client, a government entity. This busy time usually lasts between four to six months and can require between 12 and 20 temps, but the workload and duration is variable each year.

The Solution

TriStarr provides temporary clerical staff each year for this client. We prescreen and send as many temps as they require while also handling payroll and benefits for all of them, making the process seamless. Additionally, TriStarr’s certification as a Minority and Woman-Owned Business (MWBE) allows our client to fulfill its obligation to their government client by using us as a subcontractor on their contract.

The Result

For fifteen years, this client has been using TriStarr for temporary staffing for their largest account, and we are looking forward to working together for at least fifteen more.
