At TriStarr, we understand that keeping good talent means keeping those people happy. That’s why we go above and beyond the staffing industry standard when it comes to our employee benefits package.
We offer the following benefits to all of our employees, permanent as well as temp staff:
- Capital Blue Cross with 3 different plan options, includes a prescription plan.
- Eligibility: Must work more than 30 hours per week, then the first of the month after 60 days of service.

Those enrolled in the health insurance plan may also purchase additional coverage:
- Short-term disability
- Life and ADD
401k plan with employer match
- TriStarr matches first 3% of compensation deferral, then half of 4% and 5%, for a maximum of 4% match.
- Eligibility: After 30 days of service (no minimum hours worked per week)
- Immediate vesting
- Eligibility: Six holiday bonuses of $50 after 1,000 hours of service
- Paid time off
- Eligibility: $300 service bonus after 2,000 hours of service
