What is E-Verify?
All employers are required by federal law to verify the identity and employment eligibility of the people they hire. E-Verify is a quick and accurate way for employers to verify the information you provide on your I-9 Form.
Your information is compared to U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Social Security Administration (SSA) records to confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States. The verification takes just seconds to process and if your information matches, you are eligible to work.
- How do I turn off my popup blocker on Firefox to get to the behavioral assessment or to do my Microsoft Word and Excel tests?
I don’t remember my user name or password. How can I get it back to login into my application?
Email email@example.com to get your information sent to you in an email.
Why can’t I get past the first page to create a new application?
If the error message shows you already have an application with us, you’re already in our system. If you can’t remember your username or password, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call in at 717-560-2111.
Why do I need to fill out the past jobs section?
Information about your past jobs is required for employment verification and background checking. If this information is not provided, we cannot consider you for employment.
Please fill this section out completely with your work history from the past ten years (including temp staffing) with your title, supervisor’s name, and reason for leaving for each position.
I can’t get past the EEO page to take the behavioral assessment (People Clues). What can I do?
If you are working in Chrome or Internet Explorer, you need to try Firefox. You can download Firefox here. After downloading, open a new window and turn off your popup blocker. If you’re not sure how to turn off your popup blocker, see above. Return to your application and enter your user name and password. Click through the application (as long as you filled everything out completely) and the behavioral assessment will pop up after the EEO section. If you’re still having trouble, call us at 717-560-2111.
Why do I have to take all these tests?
Assessments are an important part of the process that we use to ensure that we present the best candidates to our clients. All candidates are required to complete skills tests and personality assessments. The results of these tests, along with our candidates’ skills and experience, education, and background checks, are used to make presentations to our clients. Our best candidates most often score best on our tests, and if you have the skills, your tests almost always show that.
