TriStarr’s client is a dynamic and fast-growing firm based in Lancaster, PA, actively seeking a Sales Development Representative to supercharge their sales team. In this role, you will blaze trails, identifying and analyzing new potential customers and introducing them to the game-changing solutions offered by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in power-packed sales activities, spending at least 6 hours per day making cold calls, and 2 hours on follow-up emails.
- Undertake weekly outreach initiatives promoting exciting assets such as webinars, case studies, testimonial videos, worksheets, etc. to prospects.
- Communicate compellingly with inbound leads to establish trust and demonstrate value, with the ultimate aim to schedule a pivotal Growth Strategy Session (GSS).
- Maintain consistent and persuasive communication with all prospects, ensuring no opportunity goes unnoticed.
- Schedule Proposal Review Meetings (PRMs) promptly at the end of every GSS and assure proposals are crafted within 24 hours of GSS meetings.
- Log all your victories and learnings within our state-of-the-art CRM software, Close.io.
- Report weekly on emails, appointments, and prospect discoveries.
- Attend all inspirational and strategy-focused meetings requested by the Business Development Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and telemarketing. A background in digital marketing will set you apart.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively, handling the heat with grace.
- Goal-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating resilience.
- Willingness to travel, opening doors to exciting networking opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred – but not required.
Benefits:
Earn a competitive base salary of $30,000 per year, PLUS a commission for each qualified appointment set. Your income potential is limited only by your ambition! If you set 10 qualified appointments per week (that’s only 2 per day), you’d earn more than $80,000 per year with our current commission structure. But again, it’s UNLIMITED!
