Finance Data Entry Associate

TriStarr’s client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Data Entry.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting various data entry tasks. While prior experience with Netsuite is not required, we are committed to providing training to the selected candidate.

Day to Day Duties: 

– Conduct standard bank reconciliations for our Veris accounts by comparing and matching financial transactions.
– Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in the reconciliation process to senior finance staff for correction.
– Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
– Assist in data entry tasks, including but not limited to claims consolidation, tracking of claims totals, and downloading and saving reports and invoices.
– Ensure data accuracy and integrity by meticulously entering information into the company's systems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize financial and operational data.
