Bilingual Call Center Agent

Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and want to help out in your community?
TriStarr’s client, a local nonprofit, is looking for 2 Bilingual Call Center Agents to join their team! This position will be remote after 2 weeks of in-person training.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls, managing the phone queue
• Retrieves voicemail messages and returns calls in a timely manner
• Manages dedicated email boxes
• Uploads income documents in online applications
• Initial utility assistance program assessment for appropriate referrals
• Provides excellent customer service; response to customers concerns and work toward resolution
• Escalate urgent account matters to Supervisor/ Lead
• Maintain open communication with Supervisor/Lead
• Working closely with he Customer Support Specialist team

Qualifications

• High Scholl diploma and two years of customer service experience
• Strong communication/ customer service skills
• Experience working with low -income families and community services, preferred
• Ability to work independently with fidelity and integrity
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to maintain consistent and accurate records, handle multiple tasks and work with autonomy
• Applicable knowledge with Microsoft Teams
• Must obtain FBI, Child Abuse and PA State clearance prior to starting work

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Contract
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
PAY RATE: $16-17/hr. (based on experience)
HOURS: FT, 8:00am-4:00pm
DRESS CODE: Business casual
