TriStarr’s client, a CPA firm with multiple offices in Lancaster and Berks County, is seeking a talented Part-Time Human Resources (HR) Manager to play a pivotal role in their growing organization.
Role and Responsibilities: As the HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our organization’s future. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing HR policies, programs, and services that align with our company’s strategic goals.
- Leading the charge in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent to foster our company’s continued growth.
- Overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance.
- Creating and implementing training and development programs to support the growth and advancement of our employees.
- Managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that reflect industry standards.
- Staying current with changes in employment laws and regulations and providing valuable guidance on compliance-related matters.
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of HR management experience, ideally within the professional services or accounting industry.
- A track record of success in talent management, employee relations, and HR policy development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- A proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to tackle complex HR-related issues and provide effective solutions.
