Are you passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities? If so, we want you for our client’s team! As a Recruiter, you will be crucial to the recruitment process. This position is open to those interested in a year-long contract.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through a variety of resources, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, and more. We are looking for someone with drive, initiative, and creativity to source for a variety of manufacturing and professional roles.

As the recruiter,

• You will post all job vacancies.
• You will utilize various creative sourcing techniques.
• You will attend/assist with job fairs and recruiting events.
• You will act as point of contact for external labor sources.
• You will build pipelines for open roles.
• You will phone screen candidates.
• You will schedule and interview candidates.
• You will process background checks, drug screens, etc.
• You will assist with orientations.
• You will perform other duties as assigned.

Recruiter Experience/Skills:

• Your Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• You have 3+ years of experience in recruiting, building pipelines, and sourcing candidates.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You can work independently and as part of a team.
• You are hands-on, engaging, and collaborative.
• You take initiative.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 1 Year Contract
START DATE: ASAP, pending interviews
PAY RATE: $25+28/hr.
HOURS: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
DRESS CODE: Business casual
