The Role
As a Collaborative WordPress Designer, you’ll be an integral part of their award-winning team, collaborating with marketing strategists, developers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and refining WordPress sites with a focus on user experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Working closely with marketing strategists to ensure design coherence with branding and campaign objectives.
• Leveraging Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to develop compelling and effective visual ad campaigns.
• Engaging in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborative planning with cross-functional teams.
• Contributing to informed design decisions based on market trends and data-driven insights.
• Participating in regular team meetings to ensure alignment and integration of design strategies across various departments.

Your Skills
To excel in this role, you’ll bring a unique blend of expertise and passion:

• Proven experience in WordPress design with a strong focus on crafting conversion-optimized websites.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, adept at creating designs that drive user engagement.
• A solid understanding of marketing principles and how design influences conversion rates.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, working harmoniously with marketing strategists, developers, and content creators.
• Skill in balancing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
• Bonus points for experience with WordPress admin and various page builder tools (Elementor, Divi).
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and technologies would be highly regarded.
