Seasonal Receptionist (Part time schedule)

Are you interested in part-time, seasonal work?  TriStarr is looking for a friendly and organized Seasonal Tax Office Receptionist for one of our clients in Willow Street! This person will be the first smiling face seen at our client’s busy office during tax season.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome Clients: Greet clients warmly and make them feel at home.
• Schedule Meetings: Answer phones and emails to schedule client meetings and help with questions.
• Paperwork Assistance: Assist clients with check-in tax paperwork.
• Document Handling: Put together tax returns, scan files, and keep our system organized.
• Check-Out Process: Briefly explain tax results and handle payments during the check-out process.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Friendly and can communicate well with people from all backgrounds.
• Previous office experience, ideally in a tax office

This is a key role for our client during tax season.  As a temporary assignment, it could be a great foot in the door for the right candidate!  

JOB TYPE: 3 months, possibly longer 
DATES: Mid-January through Mid-April
HOURS: 20-30 hrs per week between 8:30 – 6:00pm, as well as every other Saturday from 8:30 – 1:00pm  
PAY RATE: $17/hr
