As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery at the center. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, addressing concerns promptly, and contributing to overall efficiency. 

BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have a HS diploma/GED.
  • Your previous Customer Service or Human Services experience is preferred.
  • You have proficiency in multitasking, MS Office, and internet navigation.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English and Spanish.

***Please note: Onsite parking available. Candidates must have clear background checks.***

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary, 3+ months (possibility of Perm)
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
PAY RATE: $16/hr.
HOURS: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
DRESS CODE: Business casual
