TriStarr's client, an insurance company in New Holland, is looking for a temporary Office Services Specialist. Your role will include providing receptionist and office services support, ensuring smooth daily operations, and contributing to organizational security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publish daily announcements.
  • Greet visitors and monitor building access.
  • Answer and distribute incoming calls and voice mail messages.
  • Handle incoming faxes and daily mail pick-up from the US Post Office.
  • Update phone extension lists and workflow procedures.
  • Order special occasion flowers and handle greeting card mailings.
  • Assist with daily policy mailings and assembling insurance policies.
  • Maintain and schedule service for in-house mailing equipment.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to pivot job duties based on company needs.
  • Proficiency with telephone systems, computers, and office equipment.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interact well with people and perform under pressure.
  • Capability to perform repetitive work with speed and accuracy.
  • Efficiency in operating mailing equipment and ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Hours: 8am – 4:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch)
Dress Code: Business Casual
Start Date: ASAP, pending interviews
Length of Assignment: Temporary until end of year
