As the General Manger, you will ensure annual divisional initiatives that align with company initiatives are completed
•Ensure a quality team of properly trained employees produce jobs completed according to franchise procedures and processes
•Supervise, monitor, and communicate with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues
•Coordinate with division managers to create an annual business plan with goals
•Oversee the management of the Sales, Marketing, Production, Construction Services, and Office Departments
•Own full P & L responsibility and the achievement of Key Performance Metrics (KPM’s) in achieving organizational revenue and profitability goals
•Direct franchise operations during storm and large loss events
•Conduct Managers’ Meetings
•Report to and update the franchise owner, as needed, or required
•Continue professional and personal development of leadership, management, and teambuilding, skills
•Network and build relationships with key accounts and centers of influence (COIs) to ensure client satisfaction
•Work with division managers to ensure an exceptional customer experience
•Assist division managers with planning for and meeting staffing needs
•Assist division mangers with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees
•Coach and mentor division managers
•Confirm with the Human Resources that current human resources documentation requirements are met
•Develop annual company budget
•Oversee all aspects of assets and fleet management
•Confirm with the accounting clerk that the monthly/quarterly financial statements are shared with the CPA of record
•Ensure the company complies with federal, state, and local regulations
•Other tasks and duties as assigned by employer

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Permanent
PAY RATE: $90,000
START DATE: asap, pending interviews HOURS: 8:00am – 5:00pm
DRESS CODE: Business casual
