TriStarr’s client, an insurance agency based in Lancaster, is seeking an Assistant Personal Insurance Specialist to support their Personal Insurance Specialists by providing essential processing and clerical support. In this role, you will help ensure that their clients receive accurate and timely policy information, making a direct impact on customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do:
- Process endorsements on carrier sites to assist Personal Insurance Specialists.
- Check and process daily downloads in EPIC.
- Prepare and send applications and forms for e-signature, as directed.
- Research and resolve billing questions from carrier sites.
- Enter data into EPIC Rater to begin quotes and remarkets.
- Verify that automatic policy renewals match expiring terms and conditions.
- Create memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Handle daily mail, including processing cancellation and reinstatement notices.
- Assist in researching information for new and renewal accounts.
- Provide backup phone support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a larger team.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a knack for handling complex information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Solid mathematical skills and ability to handle financial data.
- Desire to continuously improve insurance knowledge through coursework, seminars, and conferences.
- Willingness to obtain a Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License within the first year.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- High level of initiative and ability to manage day-to-day tasks independently.
