TriStarr’s client, a leading Ephrata based Tourism and Leisure company focused on mission and humanitarian travel services, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to play a vital role in general accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial operations.

Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

• You will prepare monthly reconciliations and variance analysis.
• You will assist in month-end closing activities.
• You will develop detailed monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• You will provide financial guidance to corporate leadership.
• You will ensure inventory control and reconciliation.
• You will implement process improvements and standardization.
• You will perform other duties as required.

Accounting Specialist  Experience/Skills Required:
 

• You have a Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• You have 2+ years of progressive Accounting experience.
• You have proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Working knowledge of 
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• You have experience with GAAP and external auditors.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Permanent
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
SALARY RANGE: $45k- 55k.
HOURS: Full-time
DRESS CODE: Business casual
