TriStarr's client, located in Mount Joy, PA  is looking for an Electrical Project Manager. This individual will oversee and manage industrial and commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. They will maintain and develop strong professional relationships with clients and general contractors, coordinating multiple projects alongside the site superintendent or project foremen to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage multiple industrial and commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Client Relations: Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Planning & Coordination: Review project documents and coordinate with site superintendents or foremen to execute project plans effectively.
• Technical Decisions: Make informed technical decisions in line with regulations and project scope.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project profitability, timelines, and make schedule adjustments as needed.
• Documentation: Prepare proposals, change orders, and maintain project logs for submittals and approvals.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure safety protocols are enforced on all job sites.
• Reporting: Provide routine updates on safety, quality, schedule, and budget to stakeholders.
• Permits & Meetings: Apply for required permits and represent the company at project meetings with contractors, design professionals, and clients.
• Closeout: Conduct project debriefs and archive results for future reference.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master Electrician with 5 years of project management experience.
• 10 years of industrial and commercial electrical experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Proficient in designing, sizing, and laying out electrical systems and controls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Estimating experience and familiarity with estimating software is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with contract documents, drawings, specifications, addendums, and change orders.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, data cabling, and IT systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to use close, distant, and peripheral vision regularly.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb and handle moderate to loud noise levels occasionally.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Perm
START DATE: Asap (pending interviews)
PAY RATE: $110k-$115k/annually
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm
DRESS CODE: Business Casual
