Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for staying on top of things? TriStarr's client, a dynamic downtown marketing firm is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join their team! 

What You'll Do:

  • Aggregate timesheets & billable hours: Ensure their team’s time is tracked accurately.
  • Manage payments: Log payments and make trips to the bank.
  • Produce invoices: Prepare and send monthly invoices to clients.
  • Clerical tasks: General office duties such as filing, maintaining records, and other admin work.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 2+ years in an office admin role or similar.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Skills:
    • Excel expertise is a must!
    • Attention to detail is your superpower.
    • Strong writing skills are a bonus.
