Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for staying on top of things? TriStarr's client, a dynamic downtown marketing firm is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join their team!
What You'll Do:
- Aggregate timesheets & billable hours: Ensure their team’s time is tracked accurately.
- Manage payments: Log payments and make trips to the bank.
- Produce invoices: Prepare and send monthly invoices to clients.
- Clerical tasks: General office duties such as filing, maintaining records, and other admin work.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 2+ years in an office admin role or similar.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills:
- Excel expertise is a must!
- Attention to detail is your superpower.
- Strong writing skills are a bonus.
