We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to provide high-level support to multiple attorneys. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional legal services to clients, efficiently managing various tasks, and ensuring seamless daily operations. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with practice management systems is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new systems and leverage technology to improve workflows.
• Client Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both colleagues and clients.
• Independence & Detail-Oriented: Capable of working with minimal supervision, managing priorities efficiently, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address challenges effectively.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Compensation: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Permanent
