TriStarr’s client is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Bookkeeper to support financial operations for their nonprofit headquarters, museum, and library. Join a mission-driven team and help ensure smooth financial processes. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily input and reconciliation of invoices, payables, donations, dues, and sales revenues.
  • Record financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts monthly.
  • Manage accounts payable, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for board presentations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Non-profit financial experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Pro and Microsoft Office.
  • Other: Valid driver’s license preferred, ability to pass background checks, and recent references required.
