TriStarr’s client is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Bookkeeper to support financial operations for their nonprofit headquarters, museum, and library. Join a mission-driven team and help ensure smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily input and reconciliation of invoices, payables, donations, dues, and sales revenues.
- Record financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts monthly.
- Manage accounts payable, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for board presentations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Non-profit financial experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Pro and Microsoft Office.
- Other: Valid driver’s license preferred, ability to pass background checks, and recent references required.
