If so, we want to hear from you! We’re seeking a Day Shift Traffic Assistant to play a key role in the smooth operation of our client’s warehouse.

What You’ll Do:

As a Traffic Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of their Lancaster facility’s operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the central hub for all warehouse functions.
• Assigning work according to the outbound schedule to ensure on-time loading.
• Communicating effectively with warehouse associates and jockey drivers to maintain optimal flow.
• Collaborating closely with the logistics supervisor and reporting directly to the warehouse manager.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone with:

• A working knowledge of shipping and receiving concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A willingness to learn and use our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience with SAP/DLX or similar inventory systems (preferred).
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
• A high school diploma or GED (a degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is a plus).

What We’re Offering:

• Pay Rate: $20/hour.
• Schedule: Primary hours are 6 AM–6PM on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule. Flexibility is required in their 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Assignment Length: Temporary, 1+ year.
• Dress Code: Business casual with steel-toe shoes required in the warehouse.

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable transportation, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are a must.
• Successful candidates will pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
