As an Eligibility Specialist, you will play a crucial role in program implementation, ensuring that clients receive the support they need efficiently and with the utmost integrity. You will maintain confidentiality while providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently verify and update eligibility information as per organization policies.
• Resolve client and provider concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with office procedures to meet mandated requirements.
• Organize workload effectively to meet caseload and deadline demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field OR a diploma with at least 2 years of Human Services experience.
• Experience working with low-income families and community services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Job Type: Temporary to Hire
Location: Lancaster City (parking provided onsite)
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time (8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday)
