Our client located in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service/Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for their company. This role involves greeting visitors, answering calls, providing product recommendations, and assisting customers with estimates and scheduling. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist showroom visitors
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Guide customers through material options and slab inventory, providing recommendations
• Prepare and provide estimates using QuickBooks (training provided)
• Schedule appointments, installations, and other services
• Maintain a neat and professional showroom appearance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Calendar, Email)
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in a busy environment with noise and dust from the adjacent fabrication shop

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temp-Hire
START DATE: ASAP (pending interviews)
PAY RATE: $17-$20 per hour (DOE)
HOURS: Tuesday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM (1-hour lunch)
               Saturday: 8 AM – 4 PM (no scheduled lunch break)
DRESS CODE: Casual dress code (jeans and sneakers are okay, but must be neat and professional)
