TriStarr’s client, a manufacturing company based in Leola, is seeking an experienced Steel Fabrication Specialist to lead and oversee all aspects of our manufacturing process at a company specializing in industrial material processing equipment, custom-engineered conveyors, and support structures. This hands-on role requires expertise in metal fabrication and the ability to provide leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the fabrication team to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Operate and oversee the use of metal processing equipment such as Bandsaw, CNC Plasma Table, CNC controlled Press Brake, and CNC Turret Punch.
• Lead the MIG welding process for mild steel (1/8” to 1” thick).
• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine the correct sequence of fabrication.
• Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment.
• Train new employees and enhance the skills of the current workforce.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with bandsaw, CNC plasma table, CNC press brake, and CNC turret punch.
• Strong knowledge of MIG welding techniques for mild steel.
• Experience in machine assembly and troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to train, motivate, and manage team members.
• Ability to read prints and plan fabrication sequences effectively.
