Our client, a well-established financial group, located in Lancaster, PA is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Specialist to support a high-performing Financial Advisor. This front-facing role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding client service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and tech-savvy, with a warm, professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for non-investment-related client inquiries
- Assist clients with online access, digital tools, and general questions
- Prepare and process new client applications; maintain accurate CRM records
- Collect and organize documentation for account onboarding and ongoing maintenance
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the Financial Advisor and clients
- Prepare materials and reports for client meetings; handle follow-up communications
- Provide general office support (e.g., scanning, filing, copying)
- Liaise with attorneys regarding estate planning documentation and account transactions
- Answer and log client calls; provide information or escalate issues appropriately
- Support client service initiatives, events, and operational requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, financial, or client service roles
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Calendar
- Experience with CRM systems (Redtail experience is a plus)
- Background in financial services is strongly preferred
- Self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking skills
Pay Rate: $51,000–$53,000/year
Schedule: Mon.-Thurs., 8:30am–5pm (flexible to 9am–4pm); Friday 9am -3pm
Dress Code: Business Casual
Start Date: Late June
