TriStarr's client, a Lancaster, PA based Non Profit , is seeking some full-time temporary Administrative Support to help with filing and organizing of files as they move toward a paperless model.
Duties/Responsibilities*:
Record-keeping and Compliance
• Scans then digitally archives personnel files in HRIS database (ADP) according to provided criteria.
• Tracks project completion using the provided employee roster.
• Maintains confidentiality of all HR-related information.
*Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Familiarity with HR compliance regulations.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient customer service skills and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or related software.
• Familiarity with ADP HRIS or related software.
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment, preferably with records management.
• Preferred experience with HRIS database management (ADP).
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary
PAY RATE: $16.50/hr.
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
HOURS: Full-time preferred (8am-4pm)
