Our client, a specialty food manufacturer based in New Holland, PA, is seeking a part-time Temporary Marketing Assistant to support tactical and strategic initiatives within their consumer-packaged goods marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-priority projects where you’ll actively contribute, manage tasks, and learn from experienced marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management

Cross-functionally manage completion of new product launches and limited-edition items, including sales team interaction, design approval of packaging development, and agency management related to promotional launches.
Presentation & Selling Material Development

Assist the Manager by developing and refining presentations related to promotional programs, selling materials, timelines, and project status.
Social Media / Advertising / Media / Creative

Facilitate agency delivery of monthly social media postings. Review and gain approval through marketing leadership (Director), providing full and timely feedback for revisions and postings.

Facilitate website updates as needed.
Collaboration

Support cross-functional projects with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, working in an office environment.
- Skills: Project management (timeline development & management), strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about food and marketing.
- Schedule: Ability to work 3 full workdays (usually Tuesday–Thursday).
Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Job Details:
- Assignment Type: Temporary (approx. 4–6 months)
- Pay Rate: $25–$32/hr.
