Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional who enjoys contributing to marketing projects and gaining hands-on experience? Our client, a specialty food company based in New Holland, PA, is seeking a part-time Temporary Marketing Assistant to support their team. This in-office role offers the opportunity to work closely with marketing professionals and contribute to a variety of projects across brand management, market research, and digital marketing.
What You’ll Do
As part of the marketing team, you will assist with both tactical and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include:

Supporting the Brand Manager with daily activities such as presentation preparation, coordinating with R&D on product development, and assisting sales and international partners

Participating in consumer research projects, reviewing findings, and helping create actionable reports to support strategic planning

Assisting with website updates, tracking performance, and optimizing digital content

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable in a collaborative office environment. Requirements include:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an office setting
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about marketing and food
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Job Details
- Assignment Type: Temporary (approx. 4-6 months)
- Pay Rate: $22 – $26/hr.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Part-time; 12 -18 hours per week over 2 -3 days (typically Tuesday -Thursday), 4- 6 hours per day
- Work Environment: On-site, casual
