Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant with a focus on Human Resources to support our HR department in day-to-day operations. This role will play a key part in maintaining HR records, supporting the recruitment process, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting with payroll administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Help us find and welcome top talent to the TAIT family
- Be the go-to for HR coordination, documentation, and employee support
- Juggle calendars, support onboarding, and assist with compliance like a pro

What You Bring:
- 2+ years of administrative or HR support experience
- Superhuman organization skills and attention to detail
- A calm, friendly presence in a fast-moving world
- Familiarity with HR systems
- A backstage-pass-level appreciation for creativity, collaboration, and innovation
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary (4-8 weeks with the possibility of extension for the right candidate)
START DATE: asap, pending interviews
SALARY RANGE: $22-24/hr, depending on experience
HOURS: Full-time, 37.5 hrs./wk., 8:30pm-5:00pm
DRESS CODE: Business casual/professional
