Job Description:
TriStarr’s client, a well-established law office in Lancaster (parking included) is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant/Secretary to support day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, temporary position offering valuable experience in a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

Receive and record payments
-
Perform light secretarial duties, including:

Entry of Appearance at the Magisterial District Justice Office
-
Entry of Appearance in the Court of Common Pleas
-
Submitting documents via PACFile
-
Assist with court filings and scheduling of court hearings (training provided during the first two days)

Light dictation of 2–3 page letters (templates and memoranda provided)
Qualifications:

Previous administrative or legal office experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
Location: Lancaster, PA
Employment Type: Temporary (3 months) Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
