We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Assistant to support our client's Accounting Department with a variety of clerical and mail-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working with data, and ensuring processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do

Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail

Process checks: scan to the Reinsurance team, print related notices, and match documentation

Enter and upload files into internal systems

Prepare, verify, and deposit checks accurately

Scan and email various forms and correspondence

Print and mail due diligence letters and provider refund checks

Update bank report files and respond to emails
-
Perform other clerical duties as needed
What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Experience: At least 1 year of office or clerical experience

Skills:

Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills

Comfortable with computers and standard office software

Dependable and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
