TriStarr’s client, a local well‑established premiere automotive restoration business, is looking for a detail‑loving, QuickBooks‑savvy multitasker to join their team. This part‑time Bookkeeper role combines bookkeeping, customer service, and process improvement — every day brings something new!
What you’ll do (highlights)
- Enter daily time sheets and keep payroll humming.
- Prepare and send invoices, post payments, and help customers process payments.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and be a helpful front‑line contact for customers.
- Balance bookkeeping tasks with multiple ongoing projects — streamline processes, spot improvements, and help grow the business.
- Work alongside a seasoned team: provide support, follow guidance, and pitch in where needed.
- Keep records accurate, organized, and audit‑ready.
Who we’re looking for (must‑haves)
- You must be experienced with QuickBooks Online.
- You should have hands‑on bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in accounting preferred.
- Able to pass a satisfactory background check.
- Highly detail oriented and accuracy driven.
- Conscientious, industrious, and comfortable juggling several tasks at once.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently, but also a strong team player.
- Patient, open to new experiences, and willing to learn and collaborate.

Opportunity Snapshot

Schedule: Part‑time: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM Wednesday-Friday (hours negotiable)
Pay Rate: $18-20/HR
