JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
TriStarr’s client is seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant who is interested in a stable, long-term role supporting an established office team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, is highly organized, and is comfortable working in a client-facing office environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office; including but not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting clients upon arrival
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Copying and filing documents
- Organizing documents for income tax presentation folders
- Typing financial reports for presentation
- Performing other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned, including ordering supplies and organizing files
REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Education, Experience)
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: 2+ years of office/administrative experience
- Skills:
- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Personable, professional communication style
POSITION DETAILS
- Length of Assignment: Temp-to-Hire
- Start Date: Pending the interview process
- Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour, based on experience
- Hours / Schedule:
- 35 hours per week
- Schedule options (with a 1-hour lunch):
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- During tax season, overtime may be required
- Dress Code: Business casual
