Our client, a growing organization committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce located in Lancaster, PA, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team. This temporary role offers hybrid scheduling for candidates in the general Lancaster, PA area and offers the chance to work closely with business leaders across multiple departments, allowing you the opportunity to highlight your skills.
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a key point of contact for candidates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and skilled at building strong relationships with both internal teams and external candidates. This role is critical in ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the company’s talent acquisition and diversity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
- Maintain active candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Coach hiring managers on effective interview techniques and candidate evaluation
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and leverage market data to inform talent acquisition strategy
- Contribute to HR team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience (Recruiter, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HRIS experience)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (experience with SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment law as it relates to recruiting and hiring is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate and client experience
Job Details:
- Assignment Type: Temporary (through July, with potential for permanent hire for the right candidate)
- Pay Rate: $27–$32/hour
- Start Date: ASAP pending interview process
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Dress Code: Business casual
