TriStarr’s client, a well‑established accounting services firm, is seeking Seasonal Administrative Assistants to support their team during the height of tax season. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and help keep workflow moving by managing front desk, phone, and document‑processing tasks. This is a seasonal, full‑time position providing front‑office and administrative support to a busy accounting team. You will interact directly with clients, handle sensitive documents, and support day‑to‑day office operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and providing professional, friendly front‑desk support
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls and taking accurate messages
- Making follow‑up calls to clients regarding documents, signatures, and appointments
- Printing, assembling, and processing tax returns and related documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Scanning, labeling, and filing client documents in an organized, confidential manner
- Supporting team members with other general administrative tasks as needed
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role (preferred)
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail when handling client documents and information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear, professional communication skills (in person, by phone, and in writing)
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Schedule and details:
- Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (some flexibility or additional hours may be requested during peak weeks)
- Dress code: Business casual
- Job type: Temporary, for the length of tax season
- Location: On‑site at a client office in the greater Lancaster, PA area (no remote option)
- Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
