What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with teams like Development, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Creative to gather assets and ensure campaign success.
- Write, proofread, and edit compelling marketing content for web, social media, email, and print.
- Use project management tools to keep campaigns on track and meet deadlines.
- Analyze campaign performance and help optimize for better results.
- Attend community events to support setup and engagement, representing the organization with energy and professionalism.
- Contribute to strategic planning by reviewing metrics and proposing new ideas.
- Support the creation of case studies and blog posts highlighting our impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and coordinating between teams and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Asana or Monday.com is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, organized, with strong written ommunication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, especially social media, Meta, Google Search & Display, GA4, and Video campaigns (certifications within 6 months required).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Job Details
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Pay: $50,000 – $55,000
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for events outside standard hours
- Location: Lancaster, PA (mostly remote with occasional travel and visits to the Lancaster office)
