TriStarr is partnering with a local landscaping services company to hire a friendly, professional, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist. This is a newly created role, and it’s a great opportunity to be the welcoming voice of a growing business.
If you enjoy talking with people, keeping things organized, and helping a busy team stay on track, this could be a strong fit. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and callers—answering incoming calls, routing requests, taking accurate messages, and providing a warm, helpful experience with every interaction. The ideal candidate can truly “smile through the phone,” communicates clearly, and stays calm and professional during busy moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage all inbound phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Greet callers with warmth, clarity, and a helpful attitude
- Route calls appropriately and take accurate, detailed messages when needed
- Maintain a positive and professional phone presence at all times
- Provide light administrative support as needed
- Manage basic scheduling using Google Calendar
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for basic tasks
- Maintain organized digital/electronic files
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel (basic level)
- Confident computer skills, including Google Calendar
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Position Details
Job Type / Length: Minimum 3 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (may adjust slightly based on business needs)
Location: 100% Onsite, Lancaster, PA
Estimated Start Date: Pending successful interviews
Pay Rate: $16–$18/hour (based on experience)
