TriStarr’s client is looking to hire a Financial Assistant responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail. This position supports time-sensitive refunds and other miscellaneous payments by opening, sorting, identifying, logging, and scanning incoming refund checks, completing accurate data entry, and ensuring items are properly tracked and processed. The Financial Assistant will also help maintain organized records, return unidentified checks to the sender, and print and mail letters with check inserts when needed.
