Our client, a growing commercial roofing company in Kinzers, PA, specializing in roof coatings, inspections, repairs, and full roof replacements, is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Receptionist / Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role is perfect for a professional, detail-oriented individual who enjoys being the first point of contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization
- Prepare basic reports, proposals, and correspondence
- Support invoicing and light bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with field staff to ensure smooth communication
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Reliable and punctual
Job Details
- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 10am – 2pm (part-time)
- Assignment Type: Temporary
- Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr., based on experience
