Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting executive leadership? Our client, a nationally recognized professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team in Lancaster, PA. This is a fully on-site opportunity supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the executive support team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the organization. Responsibilities include:
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing high-level communications on behalf of leadership.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Researching, prioritizing, and following up on matters addressed to the executive team.
- Anticipating the needs of leadership and proactively resolving scheduling or operational conflicts.
- Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and other executive-level initiatives.
- Supporting additional administrative and project-based needs as required.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to support senior-level executives. Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Paralegal certification required.
- 5+ years of legal support or executive administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Ability to work beyond standard business hours as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
Job Details
- Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm
- Pay Rate: $70,000–$75,000 (based on experience)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm (onsite only; no remote or hybrid option)
- Location: Lancaster, PA
