TriStarr is hiring for a full-time, temp-to-perm Accounts Payable Specialist with payroll responsibilities to support a high-end country club. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounting support experience who enjoys working in a polished, professional environment.
What You’ll Do
- Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate payment
- Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with check runs and electronic payments
- Support payroll processing and related data entry
- Review timekeeping records for accuracy
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior accounts payable experience required
- Payroll experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Comfortable using accounting systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional communication and organizational skills
Position Details
- Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm
- Pay Rate: $24–$26/hour
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Dress Code: Business Professional
