Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Accounts Receivable team, including training and performance management of collection specialists
- Manage all aspects of the collections process, from assessing accounts to executing collections and resolving billing issues
- Maintain accurate records within the accounting system, ensuring timeliness and precision in documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients through correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Identify and review issues impacting client delinquency, working proactively with management to find resolutions
Requirements / What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 5+ years of experience in collections and team management
- Proficiency with NetSuite or other accounting systems
- Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and timeliness
- Ability to handle highly sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion
- Flexibility, multitasking capability, and a driver’s license for travel

- Job Type: Temp-Perm, Full-Time
- Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
- Hours / Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm
- Location: Lancaster, PA (in-office only, no remote or hybrid options)
- Dress Code: Business Casual
