Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and executive scheduling
- Serve as a professional point of contact for team members, residents, vendors, and external partners
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive materials
- Coordinate board and leadership meetings, including agendas, logistics, minutes, and follow-up
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Support budgeting, audits, and financial documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Administrative experience supporting senior leadership and board-level activity
- Strong meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Strong organization and time management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems

- Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-perm
- Pay / Salary: $30-$35/hour
- Hours / Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Location: Souderton, PA; onsite
