Our client, located in Elizabethtown, PA, is looking for an enthusiastic part-time, temporary receptionist to help support a busy office. You'll play a vital role in making visitors feel at home, managing calls, and assisting with clerical tasks, all in a professional setting that values your contribution.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Greet visitors and ensure they feel comfortable and informed
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Handle clerical duties that support smooth office operations
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere where every detail matters
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of reception or clerical experience
- Excellent communication skills – friendly, clear, and professional
- Good computer skills to handle scheduling and communication tools
- Dependable with a positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly
