Our client, a well-established insurance firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis (3+ months, but may be a great foot in the door!). This role involves processing expense payments, sending form letters to medical providers for records and documents, and handling data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and expense payments.
- Send requests to medical providers (using pre-made form letters).
- Enter data and update contact databases.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Experience in financial services (banking, accounts payable, insurance) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer skills (Excel and typing).
Details:
- Pay: $18-20/hr.
- Job type: Temporary (3-6months)
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, M-F
