Personal Injury Paralegal

Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. Your impact will include:
- Organizing case files, pleadings, and supporting documents to ensure seamless case management
- Coordinating client meetings, depositions, and conference calls to facilitate ongoing case activity
- Drafting legal documents, demands, releases, and trial materials
- Managing and updating electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicating regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and defense attorneys to keep everyone informed and engaged
- Assisting with research, witness preparation, and court filings to support successful case resolution
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal support, preferably within personal injury or litigation
- Associates degree in Paralegal or Legal Studies; Bachelor’s preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and legal case management software
- Strong organization, communication, and discretion skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt as needed

Job Details
- Job Type: Permanent
- Pay / Salary: $58K–$60K plus full benefits package
- Hours / Schedule: 8:00am–5:00pm (flexible start times, no overtime)
- Location: Onsite with business casual dress code, including jeans on Fridays
