HR Director

What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and development efforts to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective programs
- Cultivate an engaging, inclusive workplace culture and serve as the trusted point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
- Advise senior management on organizational design, workforce planning, and legal compliance
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with changing labor laws
- Drive training initiatives, including compliance, anti-harassment, and diversity & inclusion programs
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a nonprofit environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Deep knowledge of employment laws, HRIS platforms, and payroll systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong management skills with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and a passion for our mission
