If you enjoy being the friendly first point of contact and helping an office run smoothly behind the scenes, this part-time opportunity could be a great fit. Our client, a faith-based financial advisor firm located in Gap, PA, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Hospitality Administrative Assistant to support their hospitality team, engage with clients, and help create an excellent in-office experience through the summer and early fall.
Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Manage the phone system, including voicemails and routing client inquiries
- Greet clients and support the in-office experience (including conference room preparation)
- Create Zoom meetings and share meeting details with the appropriate parties
- Scan and organize documents and handle information confidentially
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and routine office processes
- Support light coordination projects (cards/gifts, office supplies, snacks/beverages)
- Provide backup support for their shared inbox and incoming website inquiries
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of receptionist/administrative experience (or comparable work experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, warm interpersonal style and strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks with good follow-through
- Basic Microsoft Office skills

Job Details
- Job Type: Temporary (through end of September; may extend into October)
- Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour
- Hours / Schedule: Tues.–Thurs., 10:00 AM–3:00 PM (flexibility to start at 9:00 AM some days)
- Location: On-site in Gap, PA
