Our client, a non-profit organization located in Lancaster City, is looking for their next Customer Service Representative to help support their busy team! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping a busy office running smoothly, this opportunity could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for their Early Learning Resource Center, supporting both families and internal staff through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Greet visitors, gather documents, and identify the purpose of each visit
- Receive, date-stamp, scan, and route documentation to the appropriate staff
- Complete client searches and transfer callers to the right team member
- Respond to client/provider concerns and help resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain confidentiality with family and staff information
- Support office operations (copier supplies, forms, outgoing mail metering, ordering documents)
- Help ensure applications and records are processed accurately and on time
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years of human services experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with diverse populations
- Highly organized; able to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Takes initiative, works independently, and collaborates well with a team
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Job Details
- Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
- Pay Rate: $16–$19/hour (depending on experience)
- Hours / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Location: On-site in Lancaster City, PA
